Our founder Terry Chern is an experienced engineering consultant with over 40 years of experience leading the field.

He holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University. His career in leading high-performance R&D teams has taken him from DuPont to W.R. Grace to Honeywell. In the last decade, he’s transitioned from full-time work to consulting and education, serving his alma maters as an Advisory Board Member at Ohio State and as a professor at NTU.
